How it was made
I shot at my kitchen table at noon, when the light is the strongest and the least flattering to food, which helped. I used a white plate for contrast and a napkin for warmth.
The crunch was the point, so I recorded it close and cut it twice. I tried a bite with my face in frame. It looked staged, so I went back to hands only.
