Questions
Who owns the video, and where can I use it?
You own the final files and may post them on your own channels. Paid usage is licensed for 30 days from first run, and you can extend it for $120. I keep the right to show the work in my portfolio.
Do you handle whitelisting or Spark Ads codes?
Yes. For TikTok I send a Spark Ads code, and for Instagram I give partnership ad access. Either is $150 for 30 days, so ask early if you plan to run ads from my handle.
How do I send you the product?
Ship it to Portland within five days of booking. I send the address after you book, film within a day of it arriving and keep the product unless you ask for it back in advance.
What counts as a revision?
One round is one set of changes sent together: a cut, a caption or a different hook. A changed brief means a new video, not a revision. Extra rounds are $75.
How and when do I pay?
I invoice 50% to book and 50% when the final files are delivered. Invoices are due in seven days. Monthly packages are invoiced at the start of each month.
